The MRxxxx series relay modules allow the direct switching of high power levels and can also be used in a variety of ways. The MR3107-2901-2245 relay module is used to connect an ohmic or inductive 3-phase AC load. The integrated reversing contactor connection allows an asynchronous motor to be operated in both directions of rotation.
The three phases, PE as well as temperature contacts and switchable 24 V DC contacts are led out on a hybrid B23 connector. This means that in addition to controlling a motor, the brake control and temperature measurement of the motor windings can also be realized via RTDs. The current carrying capacity per phase is 7 A.
The relay output can be safely shut down by a TwinSAFE Logic-capable component via FSoE. In addition, the module has integrated TwinSAFE Logic and can also be used as a safety controller.
