Accelerate access to the machining program with technology cycles for TwinCAT CNC
- extensive cycle library for 3-axis drilling and milling operations
- supports different strategies for producing holes, pockets, tenons, slots, elongated holes, and internal and external threads
- also enables the convenient programming of different drilling patterns, as well as the milling of pockets and tenons with freely definable contours

TwinCAT 3 CNC: Technology packages for EDM, additive manufacturing, and extended interpolation
- Online Adaptation (TF5262): integration of customer-specific TcCom modules for online influencing of interpolation paths, tool compensation, and feed rate adaptation
- Extended Interpolation (TF5263): programming and interpolation of two independent paths within a CNC channel
- AM Plus (TF5291): interfaces (PLC and ADS) for predictive consideration of future contour elements and dynamic data for controlling external processes

AX8820 universal regenerative unit: Intelligent energy recovery for maximum efficiency

- sinusoidal energy recovery prevents network distortions
- energy can be stored in the DC link
- extended parameterization and diagnostics via EtherCAT (voltage level, current regenerative energy, warnings, faults)
Pluggable system solution for control cabinet-free automation
- modular system with IPC, coupler, I/O, drive, relay, and system modules on scalable baseplates for placing directly on the machine
