The MB1012-0000-0000 baseplate has 12 data slots. The first slot is intended for the EtherCAT connection. This slot can only be used by an IPC or coupler module. The further 11 slots can be occupied with 1-row I/O or system modules. The baseplate has 3 connection points for the potential equalization.
The integrated housekeeping acquires data on temperature, shock, vibration, air pressure and humidity and enables dew point monitoring, among other things. Performance+ additionally offer Bluetooth diagnostics.
