Externally generated set position values that are fed into the NC can be cyclically output to the axes with TwinCAT 3 NC FIFO Axes. The setpoint generation is structured in such a way that not only the set position, but also the set velocity can be determined and transmitted to the drive during the temporal processing of the FIFO entries. It is also possible, if necessary, to interpolate between two neighboring FIFO inputs.
