Automation Technology Trainer (m/f/x)

Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision.

Our office in Pune, India is actively expanding our team; we are looking for an automation technology trainer.

• organization, scheduling, and execution of internal and customer training within the company
• implement technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning
• collect feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required
• pre and post training communication to customers and internal coordination to process the relevant formalities
• support and mentor new employees
• co-ordination with training department in Germany
• maintain a database of training material and documents
• resource management and organization, scheduling, and execution of workshops
• build up training infrastructure and improve facility utilization

• experience: 2 to 5 years
• B.E. / B Tech (E&TC, electronics, instrumentation, mechatronics)
• experience with IEC 61131-3 programming languages, including object-oriented extensions
• experience in C#, C++, Python, JSS, HTML5, industry 4.0 is a plus
• understanding of PLCs, motion controllers, robotics, distributed I/O, fieldbus systems (EtherCAT), and HMI technology
• customer-oriented with great communication skills, ideally with experience in training
• understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• strong analytical and reasoning skills to collaborate in a fast-paced, action-oriented team
• previous technical training and/or Beckhoff Automation experience
