TE1420 | TwinCAT 3 Target for FMI

The TwinCAT 3 Target for FMI provides an interface for simulation tools that support the Functional Mockup Interface (FMI). The interface enables the generation of TwinCAT 3 runtime modules, which can be instantiated and parameterized in the TwinCAT 3 engineering environment. Models exported with FMI 2.0 – both Model Exchange and Co-Simulation – are supported. There are already a number of solvers available in TwinCAT 3 for the calculations of models exported as Model Exchange.
