The Embedded PCs in the CX7000 series open up the TwinCAT 3 world to small controllers too. The CX70xx is fitted with an ARM Cortex™ M7 processor (32 bit, 480 MHz) and thus offers high processing power for small controllers. In addition, the CX7000 series has eight integrated multifunctional inputs and four integrated multifunctional outputs, and can be extended as required by means of bus terminals or EtherCAT terminals. The extremely compact design with dimensions of just 49 mm x 100 mm x 72 mm offers optimum scalability of PC-based control for typical small controller applications with minimum footprint.
