Thanks to the additional functionality mover coupling, products can now be handled with even more flexibility in the XPlanar planar motor system. For payloads far more than 4.2 kg, several movers can be coupled together mechanically using an adapter and can thus move and position transport weights beyond 20 kg floatingly. Beyond increasing the payload, the flexibility of an XPlanar system can be enhanced by dynamically coupling several XPlanar movers, for example, via flexibly mounted connecting elements or clamped products.
