MO1xxx | I/O modules, digital input

The function modules of the MO1xxx series are used to acquire binary signals from the field level. Typically, these are signals from mechanical contacts such as normally closed or normally open contacts, from electronic sensors such as inductive proximity switches, from optical sensors, or by other methods that produce a low/high signal in the sense of control technology. These signals are transmitted via EtherCAT on the backplane to the higher-level automation device for further processing. The module variants differ by different signal thresholds, channel numbers, connection options and/or input filter times. Additional functions such as safety or combined input/output modules round off the portfolio.
