The MRxxxx series relay modules allow direct switching of high power levels and can also be used in a variety of ways with integrated digital I/Os. Three-phase asynchronous motors can be started directly with the mains voltage or also operated in reversing mode. A brake (24 V DC) and a thermal contact can be controlled with the modules and is provided for in the connector. The solid-state modules can be used, for example, to operate electric heaters directly with the MX-System.
