ASI8100 | Compact, integrated stepper motor drives

In the compact drive technology product range (up to 48 V DC), the integrated ASI8100 stepper motor drive combines a stepper motor, stepper motor output stage, and fieldbus connection in a small footprint for all motion requirements in a power range up to 250 W. As an EtherCAT slave, the ASI8100 can be placed directly on the machine, without requiring a control cabinet or upstream I/O level, thus making the machinery compact and control cabinet-free. The monitoring is indicated by the integrated status LEDs.

The ASI8100 stepper motor drives can be combined with the AG2250 low-backlash planetary gear units where required.

The standardized M8 (for EtherCAT) and M12 (L-coded for power) connectors provide cost-effective, industrially compatible connection technology.
