The power supplies from the PS2000 series convince with their small design, coupled with efficiency and reliability. Their high efficiency of up to 96.3% is achieved by the optimum layout of the electronics. The compact housing makes optimum use of even small spaces. An extra power with 120% peak performance is permanently available. The peak power capability enables the safe and precise tripping of circuit breakers.
The PS2000 series features 1-phase and 3-phase devices with 24 V DC and 48 V DC as well as with output currents from 5 A to 20 A. The output operates according to the UI characteristic curve and switches to the safe hiccup mode in case of overload/short circuit. In addition to the DC OK LEDs, some devices have additional DC OK relay contacts. The standard equipment includes active switch-on current limitation and power factor correction (PFC). An additional wide-range input enables worldwide use even in special industries; for example, the semiconductor industry can be served with the SEMI-F47 requirement and shipbuilding with the DNV-GL approval. Use in hazardous areas (Class I Division 2, IECEx and ATEX) is also possible.
