Overview
The focus of this training course is to provide fundamentalknowledge of the web based TwinCAT 3HMI. Participants will be guided through buildinga sample HMI project, allowing them to familiarisethemselves with the engineering environment,learn key development concepts and get an overviewof the tools and features included in the HMI.
Goals
Understand the particular parts of TwinCAT 3 HMIstudied:
- navigate TwinCAT 3 HMI from within VisualStudio
- understand design principles using Beckhoffcontrols
- connect to a PLC program and interact withvariables form the HMI
- understand HMI logic developed through agraphical interface
- design re-useable elements where possible
- develop and deploy your own HMI projectafter the course
