Experience groundbreaking automation technology in our daily livestream
Beckhoff Live + Interactive is our way of allowing you to experience our Hannover Messe 2025 highlights via a digital daily livestream, with exciting content presented by our experienced specialists in PC-based control.
In Beckhoff Live + Interactive for Hannover Messe 2025, we will be summarizing the product highlights and news from all areas of the company on a daily basis. In this video, Hans Beckhoff, the founder and Managing Director of Beckhoff Automation, discusses the past year, future developments, and products that support our customers in these challenging times. We'll also present new products such as the ultra-compact AX1000 servo drives and AF1000 variable frequency drives.
On the second day of Beckhoff Live + Interactive, we will focus on intelligent automation technology for electrical energy systems and show efficient solutions for energy systems, machinery, and plants. Find out more about power measurement in the I/O system and energy monitoring with TwinCAT. We will also explore a use case from Sweden: an intelligent power grid with PC-based control.
On the third day of Hannover Messe 2024, Beckhoff Live + Interactive will keep you up to date on the exhibition highlights at the Beckhoff booth in Hall 9. Johannes Beckhoff provides information on EU directives on cybersecurity and their significance for automation technology. We will also present the next generation of multi-touch panels and give an update on TwinCAT PLC++.
An eventful week at the exhibition is drawing to a close. In the last episode of Beckhoff Live + Interactive from Hannover Messe 2025, Frederike Beckhoff takes us from Beckhoff Automation's humble beginnings in a garage in the heart of Verl to the current company, which has several production sites. You can also look forward to innovations in in the field of drive technology and learn more about TwinCAT CoAgent, the innovative further development of TwinCAT Chat.
I/O components from Beckhoff enable different stepper, servo, AC and DC motors to be connected directly in the I/O system. You can see more information about the components and their applications in this video.
Distributed drive technology has become a key part of automation and drive technology. What is distributed drive technology? When should it be used and how can distributed drive technology be integrated into established systems? You can find the answers in this video.
We're taking you to East Westphalia-Lippe, more precisely to Verl, where Beckhoff Automation is headquartered. In this video, Frederike Beckhoff presents the current developments at Beckhoff and describes the company's journey from its humble beginnings in a garage in the heart of Verl to its current production sites.
TwinCAT Chat becomes TwinCAT CoAgent! Beckhoff takes engineering to the next level with the latest innovative version of TwinCAT Chat: TwinCAT CoAgent. TwinCAT CoAgent simplifies the engineering workflow, saves time, cuts costs, and optimizes the use of resources.
Two new tiles which are optimally matched to the size of the mover are available for the XPlanar planar motor system. You can see the advantages of these new tiles and other innovations in intelligent product transport with XPlanar in this video.
The EU CRA, IEC 62443, and EU NIS2 – in this video, Johannes Beckhoff explains the legislation behind these abbreviations and the impact that cybersecurity directives have on industrial automation.
A high-quality design in a wide choice of formats and options, brought together in a cost-optimized series: the next generation of multi-touch panels further expands the wide variety of Beckhoff's portfolio. We present these new devices in this video.
How can we support our customers in selecting drive technology components? Our Motion Designer and Drive Manager 2 have the answers. Our motion software products provide access to a universal software toolbox that facilitates the implementation of entire drive systems, from design through to commissioning.
The MX-System allows machines and systems to be built without a control cabinet. Kai Hennings is an influencer and expert for control cabinets and EPLAN. He discusses the significance that the MX-System has for his field with us.
TwinCAT PLC++ offers significant improvements in engineering and runtime performance.A control code can be executed up to 1.5 times faster with TwinCAT PLC++.From an engineering perspective, TwinCAT PLC++ reduces throughput times all the way from control code development through commissioning, and even beyond to the entire machine life cycle. In this video, we present the technology behind it.
There is a wide variety of requirements for energy management in the machine environment and in the energy economy, ranging from pure grid monitoring and process control through to high-end power monitoring. Beckhoff therefore offers different power and energy measurement terminals for a wide range of applications.
The TwinCAT Power Functions feature provides modular software blocks for measurement tasks in power generation and distribution. This video shows how and where the solution can be used in practice.
The TwinCAT Analytics product family enables data visualization for energy monitoring, in addition to analysis. In the video, we show examples and insights into the functions.
Increased energy consumption and huge expansion of renewable energies often lead to destabilization of electrical grids. In order to prevent power fluctuations or failures, dLaboratory Sweden AB has developed a technology with our measurement solution. Rickard Jacobson, CEO of dLaboratory Sweden, explains how it works.
The EL3475 EtherCAT Terminal is a 12-channel analog input module that provides precise and detailed measurements in supply grids. Thanks to the four RJ45 connections, this terminal is the optimal solution for demanding applications and installation is easy.
The Hans Beckhoff interview at the start of Beckhoff Live + Interactive has become quite a tradition. The company founder and Managing Director reflects on the past year, outlines future developments, and presents products that support our customers in these challenging times.
We have funneled over 20 years of experience and a passion for drive technology into our development, which has resulted in some remarkable products. In this video, our experts summarize the progress made on and highlights of the established AX5000 and AX8000 servo drive series as well as the new AX1000 device series and present new features.
How can companies gain a competitive edge through automation? We'll show you, using the XTS EcoLine motor module as an example. The motor modules from the XTS system possess 95% of the technical features of the familiar motor modules, but costs 45% less for the same distance.
